We are happy to know you want to take services from Domain Kino. But we have some terms & conditions & you need to accept our terms & conditions for the service activation. Any TOS Can be changed at any time.
If you are using PayPal for sending payments then you need to give 6.5% + 0.30 cents extra. And if you are from Bangladesh if you used bKash/Nagad as payment Gateway there will be 2% charges.
If you are taking our domain services then one thing you need to know that you can register your domains highest 1 – 10 years. If you are taking your domains for 1 year then you need to renew after 1 year or If you are taking for 10 years then you need to renew you domains after 10 years. Another thing is if you do not renew at time then we will not consider even 1second. You need to renew you domain at time. Suppose you are unable to renew your domain at a time if your domains goes to auction then we will be not responsible for that. Note: If you purchase any free domains or low budget domain (10BDT - 50BDT), buy it on your own risk, if the registrar cencelled the domain we're not responsible for that. Though We'll try our best and refund you.
If you are taking our hosting plans then see this. Our support plan for webhosting plans is (Sunday – Thursday) from (10:00am to 10:00pm). If you’ve chosen one of our yearly plans with free domain then we can suspend your hosting account before 1month of your renewal date or if you have chosen without free domain plans then you will get full 12months after that you need to renew. If you unable to renew hosting services then you will get more 7days extra to complete your payment. But after 7days we can’t consider you can get your account back after 7days but it will cost you 5$ extra to re-open. Then you have 23days more to get unsuspended and get back your account. But after 23days your hosting account will get automatically terminated (deleted).
If you are choosing our reseller hosting services then you will get WHMCS License for free & you need to renew your reseller plans at a time. We can consider 72hours if you unable to complete your payment at a time. But after 72hours your account will be suspended including your client’s accounts. You can get your account back after 72hours but it will cost you 15$ extra to re-open your reseller account. Then you will have 23days more after getting suspension. But after 23days your reseller hosting accounts will get automatically terminated (deleted).
If you are taking our VPS Services then we need to know that you need to renew your account at a time we can’t consider a second. You will not consider if you unable to renew. If you unable to renew at time then you need to pay 40$ more to re-open your VPS Server.
If you are taking our Dedicated Server Services then we need to know that you need to renew your account at a time we can’t consider a second. You will not consider if you unable to renew. If you unable to renew at time then you need to pay 50$ more to re-open your Dedicated Server.
If you are using our services we apreciate and warm welcome you from our heart, But to make things clear once you purchase our service and it's activated you'll not get any refund, but if your services isn't active then you'll get 100% full refund after deducting gateway charge. Recent Note: As you've already knew that we've provided free .top extension domain we got it as promo from our reseller club registrar, but they said that it was a bug and mistaken of their developer. So, we've anounced the refund program and refunded everyone who had purchased this domain with 10 years validity for 29BDT invoice payment.
